Eco-friendly cork comes in three different forms in the Diin Chair project: granules, sheets, and boards. They all have different characteristics and textures that allowed Yuting Chang to explore the usage of cork within one object fully.
The chair cushion is made of cork sheets stuffed with cork granules; the chair bottom is made of glued cork blocks; the chair legs are covered with cork blocks that are skidproof and serve as floor protectors.
